Russia damaged Georgia greatly blew up Foti port and sank several
liners. Tons of oil fell in the sea that caused Black Sea pollution.
Black Sea ecological security should be protected by special
organization ‘Convention for Black Sea Protection’ and its members are
obliged to protect ecological security of the sea. The member of this
organization together with Georgia, Turkey and other countries is
Russian Federation too. We have addressed to the leading secretariat of
the convention to discuss this statement about the exclusion of Russian
Federation from this convention.’
